Warriors why don't you come out to play...

 Last day in new York, ended in Coney island, (aka the warriors 1970s movie)...

Visited Roosevelt island and the New York aquarium, was pretty cool, and ended up. On the beach at Coney island 

Finally getting used to the subway, is fixed rate $2.90 usd a trip












































Finally brought some clothes from Macy's, and found US sizes are a lot bigger than NZ 


Yep some dress shirts for the cruise...

    I found it hard to know which direction the train was going. Have you got on one and gone the wrong direction yet?

First night in the apple

 Frok it's cold, managed to get to the hotel, from JFK airport, wasn't straight forward.. asked a local... He was happy to help, trains are old, and really need a good clean... Stations are just as bad... Made it to the hotel.. kinda 1/2 frozen... Think it was 1 degree, hotel location is bang in the middle of everything... Had some pizza for dinner... Was a famous place, must have had 500 people plus queued was crazy.. "Joe's pizza". Anyway trying to sleep.... But I think jetlag has kicked in... Managed to get I think 3 hours sleep on the flight (15.5 hours from Auckland to New York) Anyways attempting to sleep...

Another day in NY

Starting to warm up, 6 degrees with rain... Famous food spots have crazy queues,  even the ramen shop had a queue, probably ok, if I wasn't cold and wet!!! World trade centre site The bull... Huge queue to touch the balls He once killed 3 men in a bar with a pencil, a  forking pencil, continental hotel New York ( John Wick) 2025 early????
